Colt is simplifying the Wholesale business with easy-to-use Ethernet offers - now also in Eastern Europe

Amsterdam, 23 July 2010 - Colt, a leading provider of business communications and IT Managed Services, today announced the launch of new wholesale list prices for Ethernet services across Europe. This new wholesale tariff comprises firm Ethernet list prices to whole cities, regions and countries and includes locations on the Colt fibre network as well as those served via third party network suppliers.

Today network operators and service providers are looking for suppliers that deliver “easy-to-do-business-with” network solutions, where the technical service is complemented by tailored business processes for the pre-sales, delivery and service assurance phases.

The Ethernet list prices for metro, national and international services are available with coverage across Colt’s traditional Western European footprint as well as into 23 main cities across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

Colt wholesale customers have a range of options for accessing the details of these offers. A self service web-based quoting tool allows online selection of preferred solutions or a Colt data feed can be provided directly into a customers’ own sales tool.

These developments are in line with Colt’s strategy to deliver tailored value-added business solutions for wholesale customers, from the leading Ethernet services provider in Europe.
